Victory Conditions

HOW TO WIN
Solo Victory
Victory is archived by the power that at the end of the year owns 37 supply centres (out of 107) or more, is the power with most supply centers and has at least 2 supply centers more than the power that has the second most supply centres.
Cede Victory
Players may choose to cede victory to a player who has not yet achieved the required conditions for a solo victory. Ceding victory requires unanimous consent of surviving players.
Coalition Victory
Players can vote to cede the game to a coalition of countries. A coalition victory requires unanimous support from surviving players. A Coalition Victory can be proposed with orders submitted for a Fall turn.
HOW TO DIAS
Draw Including All Survivors: Instead of winning or losing, if all active players agree to end the game we will end in a draw. However, if one or more player decides that he or she would prefer to continue play the game must continue.
HOW TO LOSE
Disqualification
Resignation
If other commitments require your time please notify the Bureau of Administration at admin@dipink.net of your resignation.
Elimination
If you have no Supply centres left you cannot support a unit. Thanks for participating :D

Voting Procedure
|
1. One player contacts the GM for a proposal 2. GM announces a Proposal has been made with the next adjudication results 3. Players must contact the GM within 48 hours with a "yes" vote to end the game or a "no" vote to continue the conflict. Eliminated players do not get to vote 4. If the players unanimously agree to the proposal, the game ends immediately with the proposal being implemented. Any Power which objects to the proposal will force the game to continue. Any power which abstains from voting or otherwise fails to tender a vote will have its vote counted as "yes"
Players' votes will be kept secret. In the case of a Ceded Victory, the player to whom the game is being ceded is entitled to a vote There can be only one proposal made per game year.
